I have been working with my Travel Advisor at Superior Travel, Ms. Lynne Kaplan for 30 years. Ms. Kaplan has helped me and my family to plan some of the most interesting and exciting vacations in my life. Ms. Kaplan is knowledgeable about Europe and the Caribbean and Asia and South America. She arranged an incredible vacation for my wife and I to travel to Peru and Machu Pichu. Ms. Kaplan is always prompt to respond and she always provides helpful suggestions and input with respect to every trip we have taken. In fact, our last trip to the Caribbean required that she upload Covid test results and other information in order to allow us to travel and she did so quickly and efficiently and our Caribbean holiday was very special. Finally, in addition to Ms. Kaplan, in instances when she was not available, the other members of Superior Travel stepped in and not a beat was missed in service. Ms. Kaplan and Superior Travel are a top-flight organization and I recommend them to anyone hoping for a wonderful vacation.

We have personally used Superior Travel for over 10+ years. They have personalized our needs and have always found the best fit for our needs. Sometimes it’s a group trip, family vacation or romantic getaway. Lynne Kaplan listens and puts \[sic\] her personal and professional prospective to help you find the best fit. We have had some snags in flight or hotel, but Lynne is always a phone call away to help make things better. We can’t get that with internet packages. The empathy, professionalism, personalization and honestly the friendship that has come from this company is bar none. This is a boutique travel experience at its finest.

Lynne Kaplan has helped my family and I for many years to plan all our trips. We find Lynne to be not only a lovely person but SUPER knowledgeable in all aspects of travel. Trip was fantastic. So peaceful. Mandarin was off the cuff, 1 bedroom villa. All connections worked perfectly. Lido palace nice, very accommodating. Overall, 10/10

I just wanted to thank you for preparing our trip itinerary. It was exactly what I wanted. We loved everything!!! From the second we arrived, all the transportation, great tour guides, and hotels. We were sooo happy! Italy of course was everything I dreamed of and more!

We couldn't have asked for a nicer trip! The lodging was perfect. The fishing was perfect. We ended up with 67 lbs. of fish!! it was great having a day to play in between fishing days!! We are back from our fabulous trip! From start to finish it went seamlessly. Delta flights were comfortable. All the private transfers were on time. I really enjoyed the cruise, to my surprise. I found everyone helpful and the food was good. Hotel Mediterraneo was a small but wonderful hotel. They excel at customer satisfaction, small touches and personalization. Sal was definitely impressed. Rooms are snug, but very pretty. Sal and I both want to say thank you, it was executed perfectly. I received my credit! Thanks again for the hard work and attention to detail.
